In 2015, the RAMM partners acquired their first troubled hotel in a thriving area of Fresno, CA. At the forefront of this renovation project, we maintained to keep the guest's experience, operational efficiency and functionality in mind. We believe that beautiful design and quality construction contribute to inspired employees, guest satisfaction and return on investment.  Our focus on the development by keeping the end goals front and center - a quality hotel that offers a fresh, redesigned product with the modern amenities our guests deserve Be it a historic redevelopment or a troubled property, each hotel and every one of RAMM's projects is unique, from planning, design, and execution of each project. Since 2015, we have completed projects representing over $100 million in investments.

No two renovation projects are the same. With the RAMM approach, we throw out the formula sheets and concentrate on each redevelopment/renovation project individually. At the end of the day we want a property that creates investor and shareholder value, as well as provide our guests with a quality, redesigned hotel offering modern, updated amenities. By having our team under one roof, it allows us greater control over the projects.
