Redevelopment/Renovation
At RAMM Hospitality, from acquisitions to renovations to newly constructed hotels, we own, operate, and manage our properties. Nine hotels. A pipeline of 600+ keys in our pipeline. A dedicated team of professionals with a track record of completing projects on time and under budget. Our expertise in converting and upgrading hotel assets to create long-term value is a skill we take pride in. In 2015, the RAMM partners acquired their first troubled hotel in a thriving area of Fresno, CA. At the forefront of this renovation project, we maintained to keep the guest's experience, operational efficiency and functionality in mind. We believe that beautiful design and quality construction contribute to inspired employees, guest satisfaction and return on investment. Our focus on the development by keeping the end goals front and center - a quality hotel that offers a fresh, redesigned product with the modern amenities our guests deserve Be it a historic redevelopment or a troubled property, each hotel and every one of RAMM's projects is unique, from planning, design, and execution of each project. Since 2015, we have completed projects representing over $100 million in investments.
No two renovation projects are the same. With the RAMM approach, we throw out the formula sheets and concentrate on each redevelopment/renovation project individually. At the end of the day we want a property that creates investor and shareholder value, as well as provide our guests with a quality, redesigned hotel offering modern, updated amenities. The business venture of developing a hotel in unique and rewarding. Planning a hotel, from the shaping of a vision, immense planning, location discovery, brand selection and obtaining financing is a calculated art - from conception to ribbon-cutting. It is not an exact science, but it is the "basics", to make the decision what the right brand will be for each marketplace. Only the top franchisors and their marketplace position are used as a starting point. RAMM has an already strong reputation amongst the key brand hotels and are committed to delivering on the brand's promise with each hotel property.
